Purchasing and Planning Executive

• Purchasing functions, tracking of shipment, liaising with suppliers, import clearance, stock costing, shipment schedule by supplier / to internal customer, check and verify import duties/GST payable is correct, etc.
• Adhere to product stewardship procedures, applicable local regulatory, and environmental health and safety requirements.
• Responsible in Masterfile Maintenance including Vendor listing, products specs, HS Codes, MSDS, COA and permit.
• Prepare all documents for import requirements such as import permit, MOH, veterinary permit, AP, agro permit and etc. to respective person for filing application.
• Check and ensure all relevant shipping documents are in order and distribute to the warehouse for goods receiving reference and follow up with warehouse on the tally sheet.
• Responsible to compile stock lists and PO listing on weekly /monthly basis.
• Handles in the best interest of supplier, customer and company.
• Attends, participates, and conducts meetings including cross-functional meetings when needed. Supports and participates in cross-functional projects when assigned/appropriate.
• Ensures and maintains good housekeeping.
• Performs other duties as assigned when required.

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent.
• Preferably 1-3 years of professional experience in supply chain, customer service or sales coordination in a company.
• SAP Knowledge
• Good spoken and written English.
• Good PC skills and meticulous with details.
