Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic and creative Content Creator cum Live Host to join our team. This hybrid role requires someone who is confident both behind the scenes and in front of the camera. Success in this position means producing engaging, high-performing content across digital platforms and delivering energetic, audience-focused live sessions. This role is essential in shaping the brand&aposs online voice and fostering a strong connection with our community, especially within the education and lifestyle space. Responsibilities Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form content (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels) aligned with brand goals and campaign directions Host live sessions regularly across platforms (e.g., TikTok Live, Instagram Live, Facebook Live), ensuring interactive and engaging delivery Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to brainstorm content ideas and align with current trends Monitor audience feedback during live sessions and adjust content and delivery in real time Analyze content performance metrics and suggest improvements based on insights Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content Stay updated with trending audio, formats, and social media best practices Handle basic setup for livestreaming including lighting, audio, and backdrops Qualifications Skills: Strong on-camera presence and confident public speaking skills Video editing and content production (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools) Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube platform features Creative storytelling and basic scriptwriting Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, especially during live content planning Education: Diploma or Bachelor&aposs degree in Mass Communication, Broadcasting, Marketing, or related fields (Preferred but not mandatory) Experience: 1-2 years in content creation, live hosting, or digital marketing roles Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Certifications: Not required, but any digital marketing or media-related certification is a plus Show more Show less
