Buckle up, cause you're in for an (algorithmic) ride. You should be an avid social media user with a flair to strategize social media marketing campaigns for brand owners. You will be the voice of the brands you represent by managing their social media presence. On top of that, you will also be researching industry-related topics to develop content (eg: articles and video scripts) that&aposll interest your client&aposs audience as well. You'll be responsible for: Create content for client's digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social media posts, email copy, website content, ebook, blog, whitepapers, video scripts and storyboards Conduct interviews with business leaders/ client&aposs customers to understand their interests and target pain points Think strategically to craft compelling messaging in line with campaign objectives Proactively identifies opportunities for creative work to be performed for clients, with guidance from HOD and seniors Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, digital marketing consultants and designers to develop impactful content Analyze campaign data to assist with content strategy and recommendations to clients Prepare report and social media proposal, and present to clients Proofread and edit existing copy based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders Manage talents & clients during video shoots and handle last-minute modifications Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards Monitoring competition and trends through social listening To assist in campaign/company-related matters tasked by management Requirements: Bachelor&aposs degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or relevant degree Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field as a copywriter Have a flair in writing and content production (feature writing, copywriting, scriptwriting etc) Creative, strategic, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines Excellent communication skills Bonus points if you have experience using Content Management Systems and working knowledge of video production, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, Linkedin, etc Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams Curious, self-motivated, team player, able to multi-task and think on the feet in a fast-paced environment Show more Show less
