To work on expanding the bank's corporate client base. To attend meetings with clients as and when necessary. Requirements At least 8 PQE in corporate banking practice. Able to independently draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial loan-related contracts and documentation for example, syndicated loans, debt restructuring, mortgage, and SME/corporate loans. Has a strong interest in business development-related activities and building new clientele for the firm. This position is only open to Malaysian citizens.
