Group Finance - Assistant Manager

- Prepare and finalize consolidated financial reports for a sub-group and provide support on reconciliations.
- Communicate and coordinate with local finance team for finalization of financial reports and relevant inputs.
- Actively involve in preparation of holding company's group reporting packs.
- Ensure that group reporting templates are up to date and streamlined whenever necessary.
- Responsible for review of financial reports submitted by local finance team, analysing the finance results and highlight any fluctuations/discrepancies.
- Assist in forecast and budgeting activities.
- Provide support in the event of any implementation/migration of financial tools or system.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as and when required.
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant financial reporting experience, preferably with a career foundation in external audit.
- Possess strong critical thinking, people management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English.
