Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial and management reports, including regulatory submissions. Support continuous improvements in financial reporting processes and internal controls. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and applicable accounting standards. Provide financial analysis and accounting support across the Group. Assist in annual budget planning, cash flow management, and cost control initiatives. Support the implementation and review of risk management practices and internal controls. Guide and support junior team members in achieving performance goals. Help establish and improve standard operating procedures to identify risk areas or non-compliance. Liaise with external parties, including auditors, tax agents, bankers, lawyers, and regulatory bodies. Take on ad-hoc finance-related projects as needed. Who We&aposre Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant professional qualification. 3-4 years of relevant experience, ideally with audit firm exposure. Familiarity with group consolidation, accounting standards, and taxation matters. Strong analytical and communication skills; confident in dealing with external stakeholders.
