Job Description: HR COE Track Support the design and optimization of HR policies, processes, and standards in line with company strategy. Enhance team efficiency by improving HR workflows and delivering effective solutions. HRBP Track Partner with business units to diagnose organizational needs and support HR strategy execution. Contribute to recruitment, training, performance management, and talent development initiatives. Build positive employee relations and promote an engaging workplace culture. Collect and analyze HR data to support decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR policies and cultural values. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, graduating between Dec 2025 - May 2026, any major. Clear logical thinking, fast learner, self-driven, data-savvy, and resilient under pressure. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with strong service orientation. Proactive, responsible, and positive mindset with strong execution abilities.
