Role Overview The Finance Intern (Accounts & Reporting) will support the Finance Department in daily operations, focusing on financial reporting, account reconciliation, and documentation. This internship provides valuable exposure to corporate finance practices and an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial processes within a dynamic business environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Research and Benchmarking - Conduct research on hospital and education facility benchmarks - Assist with compiling case studies and basic feasibility inputs 2. Project Coordination Support - Assist in tracking project timelines, updating schedules, and preparing decks or reports - Follow up with internal and external stakeholders under supervision 3. Documentation and Filing - Organize contracts, minutes, and project documents - Maintain trackers for project deliverables and actions 4. Meeting Support - Attend meetings, take minutes, and prepare post-meeting summaries - Support meeting logistics such as calendar invites or room bookings Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economicss, Project Management or other relevant field 4 Months and above (Internship Period) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude. Priority to August/September Intakes Learning Outcomes Gain practical experience in financial operations and reporting. Develop a deeper understanding of corporate accounting and compliance requirements. Enhance analytical and documentation skills in a real-world business context.
