Job Responsibilities: Manage the assigned commercial portfolio with the objective of meeting personal and team targets. Continuously cross-sell the Bank's products & services, with the objective of meeting the customer needs and achieving the Bank's financial objectives. Acquire new quality loan / deposit customers. Comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank's business. Collaborate with product specialists in enhancing utilization of banking facilities, including but not limited to : Trade, Forex and Cash Management Solutions. Job Requirements: A recognized degree with a minimum of 5 years working experience of banking industry. A minimum of 5 years of credit and marketing experience in commercial banking business loans. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must have a strong inclination towards a sales-driven culture Results driven with strong commitment to achieve sales target set by bank. Possess own transport.
