- Create and deliver change strategies, and plans to help teams in region maximise their adoption of new solutions
- Identify and clarify the change impact of the business regarding the new ways of working
- Execute change management activities according to regional and global strategy
- Measure the success of change initiatives and strategies and implement corrective actions
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders who have accountability for program execution
- Build deep system knowledge of the service line assigned to become an SME within our organization;
- Design and enhance continuously our business processes in partnership with the service line operational leaders;
- Maintain the workflow solution global configuration updated against the approved business processes;
- Ensure country level implementations adhere to group-wide standards;
- Analyse and understand in-depth functionality and capabilities of existing and new tools and application in use;
- Support identifying TMF global automation gaps and tech stack functionality improvements;
- Analyse local requirements to identify gaps vs. group standard, proposing solutions that maintain the solutions' integrity;
- Solve complex problems that arise through a project and design solutions;
- Assess, plan, and supervise the business processes upgrades and enhancements of the workflow solution;
- Collaborate with other business analysts on the analysis activities to implement our workflow application;
- Lead the preparation & kick Off, data gathering, and gap analysis for the implementation of our workflow application;
- Provide hands on technical support to analysts who are configuring our workflow tool;
- Generate end-to-end business analysis documentation, ensuring on time & high-quality delivery;
- Create and update business analysis documentation;
- Implement the agreed governance for keeping track of the change management of business analysis documentation;
- Support the training and communications on business design processes;
- Support the creation of training material on approved business processes.
- +3 years of experience as Business or IT Analyst
- Experience preparing process maps, data models
- Basic SQL (DB) knowledge is a plus
- Alteryx/Power BI/Power Platform knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret and structure data for different audience.

- Be able to work independently, but in full transparency when facing challenges
