Discover new marketing opportunities to meet the business needs of each segment. Project Positioning: Conduct thorough market research to uncover potential industrial development opportunities. Identify target customers and investors within the industrial sector for strategic growth. Financial Feasibility and Management Report: Develop comprehensive financial feasibility studies for proposed development lands. Assist in preparing detailed presentation slides and recommendation reports for management's final approval process. Segmented Revenue Growth Marketing Proposal: Assist in developing comprehensive proposals aimed at increasing total revenue across various business segments through the strategic execution of marketing strategies. Market Trends and Compliance Monitoring: Stay updated on property market trends, performance, and authority planning guidelines. Carry out other duties as assigned by management from time to time. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field. Preferably with experience in Business Development or Land Acquisition in property management. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, financial budget planning, or significant experience in the pre-planning phase of real estate development. Proven track record of successful project positioning and market feasibility studies. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
