HR Records: Keep employee records up-to-date, includes changes in salary and job positions. Payroll and Benefits: Handle monthly payroll, following local laws for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and taxes. Manage employee benefits according to Malaysian regulations. Performance: Oversee performance reviews to meet the organization's standards. Workplace Culture: Foster a supportive and positive work environment. Encourage teamwork and handle conflicts to keep good relations among staff. Office Management: Look after the office's daily operations, ensuring supplies, equipment, and facilities are well-kept for productivity and safety. Ad Hoc Tasks: Take on various tasks as needed as required by supervisor / upper management to support the team and meet the company's goals. Job Requirements Minimum SPM Grads or equivalent. Minimum 1 Year of Workign Experience in HR fields.
