Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Job Responsibilities Student Registrations & Administrations of Post-Graduate Courses Administrating the provision of course materials Liaison & coordination with course lecturers and students Handling exam-related matters Preparation of course schedules Arranging workshops Any other task given by the Honorary Secretary Qualifications Job Requirements Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline. At least 2 years of work experience in an academic background. Proficient in written and spoken English. Possess effective communication skills. Experience in E-Learning Must be able to take minutes of meetings. Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Willing to work weekends / public holidays.
