Job Responsibility Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis, to ensure the integrity of financial data. Maintain and update accounting records and documentation, such as invoices, receipts, and bank statements, ensuring proper organization and accessibility for audits and reviews. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure the accuracy of cash balances. Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and collections, and resolving any related issues or disputes. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and monitor actual performance against budget to identify variances and areas for improvement. Collaborate with other team members and departments to gather financial information and support various accounting projects and initiatives. Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. Provide support for internal and external audits, including preparing audit schedules and responding to audit inquiries. Job Requirements Curently final year final semester in Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Business Management, or any other related study. Passion for administration, technology, or relevant IT experience is a bonus. Proficiency in basic accounting principles and practices. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data manipulation and analysis. Effective communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written and verbal). Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Familiarity with system integration concepts (preferred, but not required). Willingness to learn and adapt to the company&aposs enterprise IT solutions environment. Ability to manage accounts and maintain accurate records. Must be able to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur.
