- Curently final year final semester in Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Business Management, or any other related study.
- Passion for administration, technology, or relevant IT experience is a bonus.
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data manipulation and analysis.
- Effective communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written and verbal).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Familiarity with system integration concepts (preferred, but not required).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the company's enterprise IT solutions environment.
- Ability to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Must be able to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis, to ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Maintain and update accounting records and documentation, such as invoices, receipts, and bank statements, ensuring proper organization and accessibility for audits and reviews.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure the accuracy of cash balances.
- Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and collections, and resolving any related issues or disputes.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and monitor actual performance against budget to identify variances and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to gather financial information and support various accounting projects and initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide support for internal and external audits, including preparing audit schedules and responding to audit inquiries.
