- Assist in coordinating and attending campus recruitment and employer branding events
- Create and publish engaging content—stories, photos, and newsletters—for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) related to campus and hiring events
- Support the planning and execution of “Wevideo” video projects for internal business functions, including video shooting and editing
- Coordinate and support new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new employees
- Screen profiles, schedule interviews and assist in welcoming candidates for on-site interviews
- Maintain and organize new hire documentation and personnel files (P-files)
- Handle ad hoc tasks or special projects as assigned by the Talent Acquisition team
- Strong interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Employer Branding
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms and basic video editing tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field
