This position is based in Japan, reporting to Senior TA Manager based in Malaysia. Our Japanese speaking TA team is in charge of overall Japanese speaking positions based in Japan, Malaysia and Thailand but not limited to. This position is Hybrid setting with WFH. Overview of Job Responsibilities: Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, advising managers, and managing relocations and the intern program. Responsible for attracting, screening, selecting, and onboarding qualified and suitable personnel to fill job openings. Communicate any challenges or necessary adjustments related to employee profiles or job descriptions.
