We are excited to be adding an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to our HR team in Penang! In this role, you will be responsible for accomplishing results through the execution and delivery of an end to end, full-cycle recruitment process for our openings in Malaysia. Seeking an individual that is well versed in hiring trends; a significant portion of your efforts will be focused on sourcing high quality professionals.Our approach is consultative and very hands-on. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or other relate fields
2+ years of recruiting experience in MNC or Agency as a Recruiter
Good communication skills in English
Proven record of successful recruiting for niche positions

It would be great if you also have . . .

Recruiting experiences of other countries in APAC
Language skills in Mandarin, Japanese or Korean

What will you be doing in this role?

Consult with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding their recruitment needs and deliver solutions efficiently and cost effectively
Partner with managers to provide guidance related to the market, candidate pipeline, as well as interview and selection best practices
Profile target candidates and identify appropriate sourcing and marketing levers to build top of funnel demand and effectively attract candidates
Recommend process improvements and cost reduction opportunities
Ensure all internal / external compliance processes and regulatory requirements are adhered to
