- Take full ownership of daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service from opening to closing
- Lead and motivate the service team during shifts, setting the standard for hospitality excellence
- Train and develop team members on Hyatt service standards, product knowledge, and upselling techniques
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with professionalism and care
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management
- Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within luxury hotel F&B or fine dining
- Natural leadership abilities with a passion for mentoring teams
- Exceptional service skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems and reservations
- Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP certification preferred)
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
