Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Assistant at Penang Retirement Resort, located in Jesselton area. The Front Desk Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks including welcoming and assisting residents and visitors, managing phone calls, performing receptionist duties, and providing administrative assistance. The role demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a warm and efficient front-desk experience for all patrons.
