- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
- Proficiency with Google Drive and excel
- Experience in accounting and ERP system
- Self- independent with minimum supervision
- Take initiative for driving process improvement
- Minimum Diploma, CAT Or partial ACCA qualification
- Fresh degree graduates are encouraging to apply
- Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollected amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared
- Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger
- Update and perform reconciliation Sections and Groups Statement of accounts.
- Perform miscellaneous billing
- Validating POS chits daily to ensure billing completes and any discrepancies to follow up with Operation Team.
- Supporting office front desk during lunch (on rotation) to provide service members
- Perform monthly inventory reconciliation and cost of sales
- Co-ordinate yearly stock-take with the operation team
- Ad-hoc task- As assigned by the Finance Manager
