Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, ensuring timely and effective talent acquisition to support business growth. Act as the main point of contact for employee and labor relations, addressing workplace issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters in compliance with Malaysian labor laws. Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture through proactive communication, employee engagement initiatives, and alignment with company values. Support core HR operations such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and payroll processing, while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. Collaborate with the China HQ HR team to align recruitment strategies, employee engagement, and HR best practices across regions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, with strong focus on recruitment and employee/labor relations. Solid understanding of Malaysian employment law and HR compliance practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferably with experience in the food & beverage, retail, or digital marketing industry.
