- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Synergy International Group of Companies and its services, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits.
- Schedule appointments for sales team members with qualified leads, providing detailed information about the prospect and their specific requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all telemarketing activities, including call outcomes, lead status, and relevant prospect information.
- Follow up with prospects who have expressed interest in Synergy International Group of Companies' services, nurturing relationships and moving them through the sales pipeline.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads generated and appointments scheduled, contributing to the overall sales growth of the company.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies, providing feedback on campaign performance and suggesting improvements.
