Location: Kawasan Perusahaan Cheras Jaya, BalakongRESPONSIBILITIES:Based at the Sales & Marketing Dept.Report to the Managing Director.To plan and to implement strategies to drive sales of Offset Packaging Boxes, PSM/ POP Display in all the markets and achieve company Gross Profit Target.To work within a built in customer base/target market; upgrade accounts and build relationships.Overall services and close co-ordination of customers (with the Customer service team)Prepare sales forecast and monitor progress.Consistently plan and organize work efficiently & report sales progress status on weekly basis.Submit expense reports and monthly sales report in a timely manner.Schedule working appointment in advance and is always prompt.Maintain loyalty from existing customers through regular review visits and effective communications.Ensure that all the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 of Sales & Marketing Department are met & Perform miscellaneous job-related activities as assigned.REQUIREMENTS:Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Development discipline.5 years working experience in Offset Packaging Boxes, POSM/POP Display IndustrialMust possess sufficient communication skills, written and oral,to complete all assigned goals and work with customers.Great Communication Skills, Must be able to read, write and speak English.Successful background in prospecting for new business as well as account management retention and growth.Must be able to work independently completing assigned goals.Must be adaptable in flexibility to perform work within changing priorities and possess sufficient interpersonal skill to work harmoniously with customers.Willing to travel.Joined 5 years agoHR ConsultingRM10,000 / mo.
