Job Description: Work with Design Engineers in defining/developing test methodologies, test plans, test modes, and digital test patterns. Evaluate new test platforms. Install and integrate new ATE platform with world-wide manufacturing systems. Design, develop and debug multi-site, cost effective test HW/SW solutions for characterization, qualification and production wafer probe and final test. Work with lay-out engineers in designing of Printed Circuit Boards multi-site test HW. Work with design engineers in validating/correlating new test HW/SW solution to design bench reference data. Manage and maintain projects schedules that align with product introduction and release dates. Engage and support manufacturing to maintain production yield, high quality, and to resolve product and test problems after production release. BS or MS degree in Electrical/Electronic equivalent relevant experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in Power, Analog, Mixed-Signal IC product test development and product characterization. Experience in high volume testing of semiconductor devices, test methodology, and sampling plan. Working knowledge of C/C++, Python, Visual BASIC, or LabVIEW is an added advantage Experience with ATE platforms such as ETS364, NI LIN2/GP3 and PnP test handlers is an added advantage Proficient in data analysis software, interpretation of test data against datasheet's requirements, failure Analysis and debug Techniques Self-driven, good project management and integrity to deliver highest quality of work For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
