BS or MS degree in Electrical/Electronic equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Power, Analog, Mixed-Signal IC product test development and product characterization.
Experience in high volume testing of semiconductor devices, test methodology, and sampling plan.
Working knowledge of C/C++, Python, Visual BASIC, or LabVIEW is an added advantage
Experience with ATE platforms such as ETS364, NI LIN2/GP3 and PnP test handlers is an added advantage
Proficient in data analysis software, interpretation of test data against datasheet’s requirements, failure Analysis and debug Techniques
Self-driven, good project management and integrity to deliver highest quality of work
