- Build strong collaboration with other senior leaders to align on company-wide priorities.
- Strengthen customer experience standards and ensure consistent delivery across all hubs.
- Lead weekly business reviews and performance discussions to ensure clear accountability.
- Develop people strategies that build a motivated, agile, and high-performing retail team.
- Lead the growth of a fast-expanding retail network in a regional brand.
