- Minimum 6 years' experience in Marketing, with exposure to both eCommerce and offline campaigns
- Strong track record in Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, SEO, Email Marketing, and Budget Management
- At least 1-2 years in a leadership role, with experience managing and mentoring a team
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills; results-oriented with a growth mindset
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; able to influence and work with multiple teams
- Familiar with the Southeast Asian consumer market and digital trends
- Drive ROI and ROAS through data-driven digital marketing strategies
- Develop and manage affiliate marketing and synergy partnerships
- Create impactful in-store campaigns to drive traffic and sales
- Plan and allocate the marketing budget effectively across channels
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of marketing professionals across Marketing functions
- Monitor campaign performance and marketing metrics; report to CGO with insights and recommendations
- Lead the growth of a fast-expanding retail network in a regional brand.
- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape the future of TRAPO.
