- Lead SG+ MY portfolio and a group of marketers to achieve client and company goals
- Develop and advise on eCommerce marketing & campaign strategies for clients across the marketplaces, platforms, and properties, in accordance with their brand goals and current trends.
- Ensure consistent and efficient planning, execution, analysis, and optimization of visibility campaigns as per the brand’s objectives to ensure a stellar customer experience
- Review the performance of key metrics against set goals, benchmarks, and previous performance
- Provide regular insights to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities
- Work closely among internal stakeholders, clients, and platform SPOCs to ensure a comprehensive approach
- Constantly raise the bar for eCommerce practice by regular evaluation of our offering and adoption of best-in-class services, technology & processes.
- Support your team comprising or execs, sr execs and manager to ensure excellence in driving Marketing for the markets
- Establish relationship with client to ensure revenues and identity other revenue opportunities
- Build strong relationships with digital partners platform (ie. Lazada and Shopee)
- Ability to drive Full Funnel Marketing will be added advantage
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant work experience in Marketing– Ecommerce, specifically knowledge of Lazada, Shopee and TikTok platforms OR/AND working in a full-funnel set-up (Google, Meta, Dv360)
- If you have worked in Commercial teams in e-commerce setups you may also be considered
- Team management experience is a must
- Strong analytical skills and can make suggestions based on perceived data
- Project management for meeting deadlines and managing team and tasks
- Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate this into annual & monthly activation plans
- Lead Business Reviews confidently with excellent presentation skills
- Experience in developing digital campaign plans across brand and acquisition objectives
- Analytical skills to analyze data and make performance improvement suggestions
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good excel and powerpoint skills
