- Manage day-to-day operations of the Finance Service Centre, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
- Develop/enhance and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and service delivery
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members
- Identify and implement best practices in financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency and enhance service quality
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring their financial service needs are met effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and compliance initiatives
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis, supporting management decision-making
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial deliverables
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and financial policies
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard financial integrity
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related
- Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA or any equivalent) is desired, but not a must
- Minimum 9 years of working experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record of growing, developing and leading a large team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details and accuracy
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, including the ability to influence and collaborate effectively to engage and influence stakeholders from diverse background
- Solid understanding of financial regulation and compliance requirements
- Big 4 accounting firm experience is desired, but not a must
