The Business Development Manager role focuses on driving strategic growth through client engagement and market expansion for technical insulation products. The ideal candidate will lead sales initiatives, strengthen customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities in the HVAC industry to boost revenue and brand presence.
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients in the target market. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
  • Identify and assess client requirements to recommend appropriate HVAC and technical insulation solutions.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Develop precise and customized quotations and proposals aligned with client specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions meet client expectations and project standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams, ensuring a seamless handover from sales to project execution.
  • Keep comprehensive and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including client meetings, calls, and closed deals.

Ideal candidates will have:
  • Proven experience in HVAC sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge in HVAC products and systems.
  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Diploma or degree holders in sales and marketing, business administration or equivalent
  • Sales or Specs background with good understanding of HVAC segment or similar customers or consultant base.
