- Identify and reach out to potential clients in the target market. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
- Identify and assess client requirements to recommend appropriate HVAC and technical insulation solutions.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Develop precise and customized quotations and proposals aligned with client specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions meet client expectations and project standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams, ensuring a seamless handover from sales to project execution.
- Keep comprehensive and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including client meetings, calls, and closed deals.
- Proven experience in HVAC sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge in HVAC products and systems.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Diploma or degree holders in sales and marketing, business administration or equivalent
- Sales or Specs background with good understanding of HVAC segment or similar customers or consultant base.
