We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Legal Executive who can balance sound legal insight with a practical, business-oriented mindset. What you&aposll be doing: 1) Draft, review, and advise on a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documentation. 2) Support legal framework development, governance policies, and compliance processes. 3) Conduct legal research and track changes in ICT, cloud, procurement, and regulatory landscapes. 4) Ensure contracts and practices are compliant with laws and internal policies. 5) Maintain accurate legal documentation and approval records. 6) Assist with legal training and awareness across departments. 7) Liaise with external counsel and company secretary on litigation and governance issues. 8) Prepare legal reports and summaries for internal stakeholders. 9) Provide day-to-day legal support to commercial, finance, project, and operational teams. 10) Handle other legal and compliance tasks as required. What we&aposre looking for: 1) Bachelor of Law (LL.B. Hons) from a recognized university. 2) 2-3 years' experience in legal practice or in-house counsel, preferably in tech, telco, or a GLC/GLIC-linked company. 3) Exposure to corporate/commercial law, public sector contracts, compliance, procurement, or data protection. 4) Strong drafting and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. 5) Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. 6) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across departments. 7) Self-motivated, organised, and capable of handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision. 8) High integrity and a proactive, solutions-driven attitude. 9) Working knowledge of PDPA, cybersecurity laws, and/or MCCG is an added advantage.
