- Prepare invoice / service job sheet or quotation to walk in customers or debtors
- Good communication and polite with customers
- Handling customers incoming phone calls
- Follow up customers overdue payment & claim tyre
- Update & check stock by weekly
- Basic paper work - invoicing, date entry, filing and etc.
- Self motivated & good attitude
- Any other duties and responsibilities which the Management may assign from time to time.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, and PowerPoint
- Good written & verbal English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills
- Able to start immediately will be an added advantage
