Position: Front Desk ConsultantLocation: Mont KiaraResponsibilitiesTo promote the sale of services and products available.To reply to messages in all social media platform and WhatsApp enquiries.Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquires about products, and services.To ensure customer satisfaction level is maintained high when they visit the spaTaking service inquiry calls from customers or clients and dispatching the suitable customer service associate to address questions.Handling and resolving customer complaints, or special orders via mail or phone.Investigating and correcting errors, following company and customer records.To ensure personal and team sales targets are achieved.To champion and deliver the brand standard at all times.Reporting & completing task given by your direct supervisor.To perform as and when necessary task given by management level.Requirements:Able to speak in English or Malay fluently.
