  • 5+ years of progressive business development and sales experience in the construction and/or fit-out and joinery industries.
  • Diploma / Degree in Sales / Marketing or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for learning.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and committed to self-improvement.
  • Relevant experience in an Interior Fit-Out Company is an added advantage.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, highly energized, independent, with a pleasant personality and a good attitude.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential clients within the interior design industry.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Meet with clients to determine design requirements, present design ideas, and prepare quotations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including architects, developers, and contractors.
  • Conduct presentations and consultations to showcase our services and capabilities.
  • Manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
  • Research materials, design effects, and costs to prepare specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
  • Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts and packages.
  • Collaborate with our interior design team to create custom solutions for clients.
  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of the sales cycle, including prospecting, introductory meetings, sales presentations, proposal production, contract negotiations, planning, and implementation.
