Assist in compiling yearly and monthly work programs from all sections, ensuring alignment with MCS standards and requirements.
Support in compiling and monitoring the performance of Routine Maintenance Contractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Compile and update NCR/RR/MCS data extracted from the ROSS system.
Assist in monitoring and reporting subcontractor performance (Work Orders) based on feedback from Section Supervisors, and follow up on site progress to ensure timely execution of works.
Support quality control processes to ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and adherence to the company's safety policies and regulations (Work Orders).
Assist in liaising with the Contract & Claims Unit on matters related to claims and payment processes.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or any related course.
