Responsibilities: 1. Assist in supervising daily QC activities across the factory operations to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications. 2. Ensure all materials and production processes meet the required standards through proper testing and evaluation (e.g., compressive strength, sieve analysis, moisture, silt, and organic content). 3. To ensure that the requirement of the Manufacturing Quality Plan on QAQC, Inspection and testing is implemented and maintained. 4. Monitor, inspect, and report on quality-related processes for precast concrete products, including material testing, in-process checks, and final product verification. 5. Liaise with Production, Planning and Project departments to address quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions effectively. 6. Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors to coordinate inspections, address quality-related concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Participate in internal audits, quality improvement programs, and root cause analysis for non-conformities. 8. Review test reports (e.g., compressive strength, moisture, sieve, silt, organic) and ensure proper documentation is maintained as per project compliance. 9. Conduct in-process and final inspections, verify product quality, and ensure timely closure of non-conformance issues. 10. Assist in preparing quality reports, KPIs, and documentation for internal and external audits. 11. Continuously seek improvements in quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection protocols. 12. Review and interpret project specifications and technical drawings related to precast components. 13. Support internal and external quality audits and contribute to continual improvement initiatives under IMS and BCMS frameworks. 14. Assist the Senior Manager QAQC in training and mentoring QC personnel and developing standardized procedures. 15. Any other job function assigned, and new responsibilities as may be added as and when necessary, from time to time. Requirements: 1. Degree in Civil Engineering from the UTM, UKM, USM, UPM, is preferred. 2. Minimum two (2) years related experience in precast concrete manufacturing, testing and QA/QC Documentation. 3. Good technical knowledge of precast concrete processes, inspection techniques, and quality standards (e.g., MS, BS EN, ASTM). 4. Proficient in quality documentation, reporting, and root cause analysis. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive mindset. 5. Possessed good auditing skill and fluent with construction workflow. Familiarity with quality management systems (IMS, ISO, BCMS) is an added advantage. 6. Computer literacy with good interpersonal skills. 7. Pleasant personality matured and able to work under minimum supervision.
