Production Manager

• Coordinate with the production planner to ensure efficient use of materials, manpower, and equipment
• Monitor production output and take corrective actions when performance targets are not met
• Lead and manage the production team, including shift scheduling and resolving staffing issues
• Ensure quality control by adhering to standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949
• Collaborate with QA teams to address non-conformities and implement quality improvements
• Focus on cost and resource management by minimizing waste, optimizing resource usage, and maintaining records for budgeting and forecasting
• Support continuous improvement in production efficiency, team performance, and product quality

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing
• Proficient in production planning, team supervision, and resource management
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
