- Develop and execute strategies to achieve significant sales growth in the Malaysian semiconductor market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local accounts, distributors, and new customers.
- Act as the go-to market expert, staying updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Support technology discussions with customers, including product training, reviews, and new solution introductions.
- Collaborate closely with regional and key account managers to ensure seamless customer support.
- Identify new market opportunities and ecosystems to expand the company's reach.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation and reports to support business goals.
- A degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (BS/MS preferred).
- 5-10 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally within technology or process industries.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor, PV, or instrumentation markets is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, comfortable working across cultures and dynamic environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
