- Develop and implement GTM strategies for new and existing products.
- Lead cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, operations) during product launches.
- Ensure alignment between product features, customer needs, and market demands.
- Set sales targets and drive sales performance to meet revenue goals.
- Identify growth opportunities through new markets, channels, or customer segments.
- Work with the sales team to optimize the sales funnel and customer journey.
- Craft and refine product messaging that highlights key differentiators and value propositions.
- Adapt messaging by segment, industry, or geography.
- Ensure consistent communication across all customer touchpoints (website, brochures, ads, etc.).
- Conduct market intelligence to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.
- Monitor competitor strategies and performance to inform positioning and pricing.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, trade, and events.
- Align marketing efforts with product sales cycles.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust tactics as needed.
- Create sales tools (brochures, case studies, decks, training materials).
- Train sales teams on product knowledge, positioning, and objection handling.
- Serve as a subject matter expert during high-value sales engagements.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Product Marketing, or a combined commercial role.
- Proven track record in product launches, revenue growth, and B2B/B2C marketing.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with sales, product, and marketing groups.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malay is advantageous due to the nature of the industry.
