Role Overview: We are looking for a Product Strategy & Marketing Manager who can bridge product development and market engagement for our AI-driven solutions. This hybrid role combines strategic product management with customer-facing responsibilities , ensuring our products meet business needs while gaining strong adoption in the market. You will work closely with R&D, business development, sales, and marketing teams , while also engaging with customers, partners, and industry leaders to drive product success, influence adoption, and position us as an innovation leader in AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Development Translate customer needs and business objectives into actionable product requirements and user stories. Define and maintain the product roadmap in collaboration with R&D, solution leads, engineers, and UI/UX teams. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide product strategy and feature prioritization. Customer Engagement & Evangelism Act as the product ambassador in client meetings, industry conferences, and webinars. Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and training sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders. Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product experience and adoption. Go-to-Market & Positioning Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for target markets. Partner with marketing and sales teams to create impactful content (collateral, case studies, presentations) and GTM campaigns. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and adjust GTM strategies as needed. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in product management or product marketing , ideally in AI/ML, SaaS, or data platforms. In-depth understanding of AI/ML concepts and product lifecycle; ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders. Strong collaboration skills with proven ability to influence across functions and with external partners. Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills ; comfortable leading webinars, client briefings, and speaking at industry events .
