Job description: Induct new hires into orientation programs for a smooth transition to the workplace. Compile Training Needs Analysis to determine the training need. Administer and develop advance annual training plans for the calendar year. Coordinate & facilitate on-job-training (OJT) in accordance to schedule. Undertake and oversee the development, design, and conducting in-house training courses, including developing internal training resources. Engage and enact participation into in-house L&D courses for employees. Processing of external training requests. Evaluate instructor/training provider performance and the effectiveness of the training programs to the participants, providing recommendations for improvements. Organizational Development initiatives, which include administering employee engagement surveys. Support implementation of Learning & Development and Organizational Development special initiatives e.g. Internship Program, succession/talent retention program, competency development program, etc. Maintains records for audit to demonstrate actual practicing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), company policy, and objectives. Any ad-hoc projects or other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor&aposs Degree or higher in Human Resources or other field of study. Proven career track as an in-house trainer, preferably in Retail industry. TTT certified will be an advantage. High quality communication and engagement skills. Strong presentation and copywriting traits. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia languages. Ability to converse Mandarin is a plus. Computer literate, especially in MS Offices. Show more Show less
