Job Responsibility To maintain accounting books and records To maintain proper filling systems To issue and check invoices, debit/credit notes, JV and other related and similiar documentation for any business transactions To record, bank in and issue official receipt Bank reconciliation To issue payment voucher and cheques To monitor accounts receivable & accounts payable To assist superior in all matters related to accounting and financing To perform any task deemed necessary by the management for the efficient running of the operation of the company To maintain the company assets, facilities and equipment including managing of alarm system, telephone, door access control and CCTV. Responsible for general office administration and any other ad hoc duties as assigned To perform any task deemed necessary by the management for the efficient running of the operation of the company. Job Requirements Candidates staying near Desa Pinggiran Putra, Kajang are advantages Fresh graduate from diploma or degree in Accounting No experience is needed.
