Job Details Job Description: Act as the primary liaison with outsourced payroll vendor(s) Own payroll calendar, approvals, audits, and reconciliations Validate inputs and outputs for each cycle (hires, terminations, bonuses, etc.) Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies or escalations Manage internal compliance with tax, wage laws, and SOX requirements Partner with Finance, HRBPs, Benefits, and Legal to ensure payroll accuracy Support payroll accounting function as needed Prepare payroll reports and dashboards for leadership Recommend and implement process improvements and automation Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in global payroll operations (EMEA, APAC) Experience with outsourced/global payroll vendors Experience with regional benefits policies desired Knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or equivalents) Strong analytical, audit, and reconciliation skills Excellent communication and vendor management ability Job Type Regular Shift Shift 1 (Malaysia) Primary Location: Penang 15 Additional Locations: Posting Statement All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, religious creed, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, military and veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, gender, gender expression, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by local law, regulation, or ordinance.
