Role Responsibilities Our ICS team sits within the TTO and is responsible for mission-critical areas including cyber, information and resilience. These are challenges that impact our clients globally. Our ICS team develops the platforms, drives the processes and builds partnerships to benefit millions of people every day. The team makes an impact wherever they are based, be it in our offices around the world, our Global Business Solution centres in China, India, Malaysia and Poland, or even from our home. Business Management of ICS controls in the areas of vulnerability management lifecycle. Participate in relevant security forums (SACA and others) to review security architecture and traditional and Cloud ICS controls ensuring secure by design principles are in place/compliant. Drive, track, and review to ensure exceptions are managed to an agreeable timeline and report on potential slippages. Identify and coordinate ICS gaps remediation and ensure compliance with Bank's Policy and Standards Partner with different stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery remediation of controls gaps or vulnerability are remediated as per committed timelines to ensure ERR TP actions closure is met. Assess and drive new process improvements to streamline controls gaps, remediations and risk assessments. Collaborate with other stakeholders to track, review and report on BRAM, RRA, ICS metrics. Lead the [country / business unit / function/[team] to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients Effective Financial Markets Financial Crime Compliance The Right Environment.] QUALIFICATIONS TRAINING, LICENSES, MEMBERSHIPS AND CERTIFICATIONS EDUCATION BACHELOR DEGREE TRAINING COMPUTER SCIENCE, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING CERTIFICATIONS ADVANTAGE FOR ANY OF THOSE CERTIFICATES: CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CISA, CCSP Our Ideal Candidate At least 5 years of related experience in the Cyber Security Domain Very good knowledge of at least one ICS domain (e.g.: IAM, Network Security, etc.) and relevant technology solutions Knowledge of cloud and security risks relevant to migration to Cloud Prior Vulnerability Management experience preferred Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills Understanding of cyber threat landscape About Standard Chartered We're an international bank, nimble enough to act, big enough for impact.
