- Be a part of and support the operations of the Finance Risk Control (i.e. Income Audit + Cost Control) team;
- Ensure all revenues generated in the hotels are recorded accurately and discrepancies reported on a timely basis;
- Help produce the daily revenue report and reconcile all revenues against cash banked and accounts receivable movements for each day.
- Ensure that all revenues are recorded and reported on a daily basis and all control procedures are in place relating to the income process.
- Assist in calculating costs of food and beverage items.
- Record information and help produce control reports periodically to maintain a suitable inventory of food and beverage items for the hotels;
- Help change the price of menu items based on the costing information collected and also actively take part in engineering the menu in terms of the pricing;
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.

- Upholds professional values, ethics, and integrity at all times;
- Is able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Can communicate effectively and professionally, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Is proficient with MS Office (Excel / Word); any experience with Opera PMS, Infrasys Point-of-Sale, Delphi, SunSystem, etc., would be valuable.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent certification.
- Any experience working in a similar capacity in an International Luxury Hotel Chain is an advantage.
