Job Responsibilities :
  • Prepare forecast and sales plans. Meet and exceed sales targets; achieve maximum sales in assigned accounts.
  • Maintain professional support for assigned accounts by learning about and satisfying their needs, through professional sales support techniques, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Working closely with superior and team members, develop in-store visibility plans and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation.
  • Compile and analyse market data to find trends. Promote assigned products with value-added selling in accordance with Company's strategy to increase products' market share.
  • Collect and analyse competitive information, to develop sales strategies and setting targets.
  • Manage and solve problems and complaints by looking into root cause and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Timely preparation and launch of brand activation activities, working closely with merchandising teams. Ensure all store display and events (promotion) are properly and timely set up.
  • Preparation of weekly reports and participate in sales meeting effectively.
Requirements :
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field, preferably from sales / key account in FMCG food industry
  • Dedicated, matured, resourceful and able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal skills & able to interact with all levels of staff
  • Systematic, focus and well-organized person
  • Must possess own vehicle and willing to travel
  • Strong follow up skills to ensure plans are executed
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
