- Implement proactive account management strategies, including sales analysis and inventory modelling, to identify opportunities for business improvement and secure new opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and internal departments, ensuring the highest level of service and technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
- Achieve quarterly sales goals by category as set by the company, coordinating seasonal product presentations and delivering orders on time.
- Manage accounts through business planning and inventory control, continuously analysing sales data to optimise product life cycles and address issues promptly.
- Monitor competitor activities and implement strategies to remain competitive, collaborating with cross-functional teams on marketing initiatives to drive sales.
- Serve as a liaison between operations and account operations, delivering required reports such as weekly sell-through analysis in a timely manner.
- Possess a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in Sales, preferably in Fashion Retail or FMCG.
- Experience working with major accounts to increase revenue, develop comprehensive business plans, and achieve financial targets.
- Knowledge of retail operations and profitability models, with the ability to drive profitable account business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly articulating goals and objectives.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across different levels and functions within the industry and marketplace.
- Proficient in managing complexity across various categories and accounts.
- Strong analytic skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset, coupled with a drive for business success and product sensitivity.
