Job Summary: Responsible in all merchandising related activities to support company business needs. The person needs to proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities to streamline processes and improve accuracy and efficiency within merchandise operations. Job Description: Reporting to Merchandising Director. To align assortment strategies with seasonal and annual growth objectives. Prepare and develop purchase plan for Management review. Involved in buying new product and stock analysis Compiling and analysis of historical data and product trends, applying to future assortments needs and plan. Create action plan and effective implementation upon quantitative and qualitative insights Determine marketplace capacity and align it to the right pricing architecture / mechanism. Partner with brand and product to create impactful stories Develop pre-season sales, markdown margin, receipt and inventory Plan and monitor merchandising flow, replenishment, stock allocation, internal stores transfer, consolidation to own stores, Authorised Dealers' stores, Wholesale. Liaise with Marketing and Operations team for the ongoing promotion, stock planning for all stores, storyboard and newness launching schedule. Plan and follow-up stock delivery to all stores. Weekly store visit to collect feedback and analyse product sell through. Weekly review of seasonal collection performance, market trends to anticipate product needs and plan. Undertake other duties and responsibility as may assign by the Management from time to time or as when necessary Requirements: Proven experience as qualified merchandising personnel who able to meet tight deadline. Minimum 3 years experiences in merchandising industry.
