Job Title: Japanese/Korean Customer Support Agent (Travel Project) Location: Cyber Jaya, Malaysia Working hour: 24/7 rotational shifts Remuneration : RM8,500 - 9,000(depends on experience) + KPI Allowance Job Expectations: Respond to customer enquiries regarding their hotel bookings through various channels such as email and chat Ensure that customer enquiries are properly addressed and directed to the appropriate support channel Make outbound calls to hotels in urgent cases Handle customer escalations by providing timely and appropriate responses, tracking them, and escalating when necessary Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take ownership of ensuring customer satisfaction Communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner, following established processes Skills Required: For Korean/Japanese native speakers Excellent command over Excellent communication skills and strong command over the local language/ language off support in the region (Korean or Japanese) Excellent Customer Service Skills.
